Durablue axles have a different width changing system. I believe they use a pin instead of a sleeve like lonestars. I have heard of durablue axles bending/breaking, but they have a lifetime warrenty where you get 1 free axle and then only pay a core charge (which is like 50% off or something) not sure about the 1 free, check there website out at www.durablue.com I dont know what the lonestar warrenty is, but I know they are a strong axle and have yet to see one break.

Durablue axles aren't nicknamed 'Durabend' for no reason. The warranty as AdrenalinFreak pointed out is pretty much a joke. If you bend an axle and send it back to them, they straighten it and send it back. If it happens again, you pay. If you break it, you pay.

you mean duragoo? just kidding...
Lonestar tries to do a 1 day turn around time as opposed to a week or week(s).

The durablue with the pin is the x-33 or something like that. It cost as much or more as the Lonestar.

Lonestar's warrany is pretty simple. You bend or break, we repair or replace as long as you own the axle. The only disclaimer in the warranty is for damage done to bearing surface due to neglecting the bearings and letting them ruin the surface.

Does anyone know what lonestars webpage address is? I dont know if they have one, but I always like to go to the original manufacture to check out the products, not to the store that sells them.
