Wolverine 450 engine trouble
#1
I have a 2007 wolverine 450 that is having multiple issues that may or may not be related. First of all, it's been sitting for 1.5 years without running. I recently started it and have a few issues:
1. Once it starts it runs at high rpm as if it is full choke regardless of choke lever position. The rpms are so high that you can't put it in D or R without the gears grinding.
2. While in P or N, if you give it a little throttle, it bogs down and stalls. If you give it a lot of throttle, it revs up fine and acts normal.
3. Periodically while in P or N, the red Reverse light will flash slowly for 10-20 sec and then will stop for 30 sec to 1 min before repeating. I'm figuring this is some sort of trouble code but can't find anything on it.
Any ideas on where to start?
Thanks
