Hope someone can help,
I have just bought the above quad and the issues are,
1. from tickover (its ticks over nice) its hard to get it in gear, then when it is in gear it seems as if the clutch is draging/constantly engaged and it will not rev up. forward or reverse. It revs fine in neutral
2. the carb floods/drips petrol if the fuel tap is left on.
thanks in advance, I have searched the forums and it seems there are some proper brain boxes on here

Possible front or rear clutch problem causing the problem.Take the cover off, inspect the belt and blow out belt dust.Make sure the idle isn't too high. If doesn't help cleaning clutches/replacing belt on shifting, clutches need to taken apart.Roller wear was a common problem on front clutches. Dripping from the carb is usually a sign of varnished up/worn needle and seat. Service manual can help you find the problem.Pdf manual for 5 bucks.Polaris ATV Service Manuals PDF Download

Located in the front clutch. The manual can show you the break down and repair on both clutches if needed plus other trouble shooting guides. A lot better than tearing into something and not have an idea what may be wrong. Just get the manual.Plus adresss the carb problem on leaking either by trying to clean it or best to install a new carb kit. Again the manual can help on this.http://www.ebay.com/itm/Polaris-90-Predator-Carburetor-Carb-Repair-Rebuild-Kit-2003-2006-NEW-/390919822119?pt=Motors_ATV_Parts_Accessories&hash=item5b04a31b27&vxp=mtr
