Default TaoTao 110cc with slipping chain/clutch

I have a 2007 Taotoa kids 110cc quad with a new chain and chain sprocket installed since the old chain was slipping. The atv seems to still be slipping but I am not sure it is the chain. Is there a way to know if the clutch is slipping and not the chain. I have tightened everything up in the back but it still seems to be slipping.

When you say you replaced the sprocket are you talking about the front or rear? If you replaced the rear sprocket but not the front, it could have worn down teeth.

I replaced the front sprocket on the engine. The new sprocket didn't look any different than the one that was on the engine. The rear sprocket doesn't look worn down and is not missing any teeth.
