Blakwatersor vampires for deep mud

The Vampires would definitely be better in mud. They tend to give a rough ride on hard pack though. The Blackwaters are easily one of the best all around tires. They're smooth riding on hard pack, but still have pretty good bite for the soupy stuff. You need to take into consideration what type of riding you will be doing the most. If all you do is play in the mud holes, then go for an aggressive tread like the Vaps, or the Outlaws. If you ride trails more than anything, you may want to think about the Blackwaters, 589's, or Mudrunners.
