I just ordered a set of 589's for my Grizzly, does anyone have those on yet? I got 27x9x12 front, and 27x11x12 rear. I really like the looks of them was hopping that someone has tried them out. anyone?

I have been rollin' on the 589's for a while now. These tires are absolutely awesome! You made a great choice and won't be dissapointed. I love these tires. They ride a little bumpy under 10mph but smooth out nicely like my stockers did. They key to making these tires perform is knowing your machine and throttle. You can spin these mudhogs easily so let off a little in deep mud and they will crawl through anything. Even if you pin the throttle in the slop, they have a design that cleens so well you will sling rooster tails 20 ft in the air and keep on crawling! The 589's track well on hard pack trails, climb like no other I've seen and they will smoke your buddies in the mud. The only tires I have seen that perform better than me in the mud are Outlaws, Mudzilla, and the Vampires. I have to say that the 589s will hang with any of these tires, but just don't quite have the same bite as the true aggressive mud designs! Don't be dissapointed, you paid a lot less for your bad boys than they did! For the kind of riding I do, I wouldn't ride anything but 589's!!!

Thanks, I looked and priced for awhile, and Talked to the dealers. I had the itp Blackwater x/ts on my last quad, and liked them but these looked much more aggressive. Thanks again.

Do the 26" tires measure 26" (true to size)? How do they do on the stock rims? Do they rub?

If you trust the stats, pick up the March issue of ATV 4-wheel action and read the article titled Mud Tire Shootout. The Titan 589 M/T rated four stars in both catagories (mud and general use). The Maxxis Mudzilla received five stars in mud as did the High Lifter Outlaw. Good article.

Weedy,I put 26" (26x9x12 front) (26x1x10 rear)ITP-589s on my 01 HO and they will rub tie-rod ends without useing off set wheels or spacers. Its funny the front tires, mounted on wheels with 5# air, measure just under 26" and rears measure 25".I also have more shake but not to bad. Great tires.
