best tires for snow???
#2
i have a blaster. so, ok, only 2wd. but; i havent heard of tires making a big difference in light snow... which is the biggest problem. i had a friend that used the sand "paddle tires".
me, i use chains only. they are hugely reliable. but tend to tear up tracks, and wont make you popular. i had used the "roofing screws"
once.(the ones with the hex. head & washer, only 3/4 inch long).. that was GREAT for ice, but didnt make too much difference with snow.
i see you haven't had too many replies. makes me think either not too many out there have snow.... or... there may not be a really great tire!.

I might try the Realtors on my mojave next year. What kind of quad do you have them on? How much snow do you go through? On level ground I got my mojave to go till it jest started rubing on the frame under the foot pegs and it has very worn down shreeders.
