I think I need new rear hubs on my KQ. I have 2400 miles. Both rear wheels wobble and the bolts are tight. I do sometimes do a little jumping but never bottomed out the rear suspention. The independent rear makes the wheels bow in when in I am in the air and then they bow the other way when I land. Could this make my hubs wear fast? How about riding in mud? How much are new hubs? Is a shop job or do it your self? Thanks !

Maybe you just need to replace the bearings. I suggest getting a factory manual or at least a copy of the procedure if you're gonna fix it yourself.

KingQuadTeen,
My '87 is pretty near identical to your kingquad. I have had the same probem with mine, and it is just the wheel bearings. I have had to replace the front and rear. The rear are fairly simpled to do, and inexpensive. (i ordered mine from Manufactures Supply for 5.99 each) Note there is two bearings per wheel.
