The other day I e-mailed Elka with a request for a quote on a full suspension set-up for my Raptor and I not only got a response by e-mail on which shocks I would need but also received a telephone call to confirm that I had received this information. I believe this says alot about a business and Elka will definitely be getting a call from me when I am able to comfortably dish out some $$$$$$$ on some aftermarket shocks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
