Default New tires on new quad.

We are in the market for a new quad, and we are leaning towards the 660 Grizzly, I know from past experience that the tires on the
Yamahas' ( Dunlops' ) are not very good. I was thinking when we buy I would try to negotiate a price that included a set of tires other
than the stock Dunlops'. The majority of our travel would be on rough logging roads so I would need a tire that would be at least six ply
and would hold up to the kind of terrain we would be operating on.
We live in British Columbia and I dont know if we would be able to obtain some of the tires mentioned on these forums, what is available
in the States is not always available in the Canadian markets. Any suggestions as to what type of tire would work for me ?

Buteman.

THE GRIZ IS A GREAT MACHINE but the stock tires do SUCK. Try to get a set of Goodyear Mudrunners or a set of ITP/Titan 598s.

I know the country around where you live buteman, and I would recommend bearclaws or Goodyear mudrunners. You won't regret buying a 6ply tire. I have never had a flat running 6ply's around the Chilcotin or Caribou areas. I can't say the same for 4 ply's though!
