Default Turf Tamer Tire Question

I was looking for new tires for a 1995 Mojave, and I stumbled upon the Carlisle Turf Tamers. Since I trail ride a whole lot, I need a tire that will get me out of the boonies. All the internet sites said "these tires provide great traction, ect." Personally I thought they looked like lawn mower tires, but if someone out there owns these tires please help. My main question is if these Turf Tamers will get me through mud, dirt, and all that other good stuff. And if these aren't good tires, what would be another good consideration?

I appreciate your replies!

Default Turf Tamer Tire Question

i think that those tires are mainly for dirt. most guys use them racing. they are supposed to have the best hard pack hook up around. but i doubt they do very good in mud.
