Who revalves Elka's out west??

Who revalves Elka's out west??
My Elka 19" SSD's kind of suck. To harsh compared to my brothers TCS's. He has Houser +3 arms and I have Moto +3 arms and he is almost 4" wider w/ same offset and tires.. His lower shock mount is under the arm and my is above the arm.. I should be landing on a pillow and I'm far from it.. I want to revalve them at a dealer out west if possible.
