Are ATV tires usually shipped like this?
Guess I got to this post too late, but yes. I saw a bunch of these tires at Chaparral in California. I wasn't sure what I was looking at, at first. But yes, they had piles of them in there just like you described.

my 28" Mud Lites came from HL with just some shrink wrap plastic, not compressed at all. I would have been concerned as well, but from what everyone else is saying I guess you'll be all right.
