Does anyone know where to get sand camping permits for Florence. I heard that if you are planning to sand camp on a holiday you need a permit...Anyone know what the skinny is on this? Thanks in advance.

how can they charge you to CAMP on public land? it makes NO SENSE. so if i go into the woods around my area, i have to fine a site to camp at, screw that all they see is $$$$$$$ and they won't even give us more parking, i had to pay the entry fee to park one time but ALL the spots on the pavement were taken up..... so i had to park on the sand, did i get my $ back haha hell no, they MAKE you buy one even if your going to park on the sand....... ssoo sad they get away with this.....
