Wouldn't it be awesome to arrange somekind of group overseas dune trip? I took a mountain biking trip once to South America and now that I saw that post by Ernie in Chile it makes me want to take a trip somewhere else where the dunes are the size of mountains..that would be awesome..anyway, just a thought...

 

By the time you got done with the expenss of shiping your quad over seas and back you could of bought another raptor.

Last time I was home, I saw some pictures of dunes in one of my dad's National Geographic magazines that were just plain huge. I mean, unbelievable huge. I would love to ride overseas someday.

I bet if you could get a big enough group together and put all the quads in one container it wouldn't be too expensive for shipping. How many quads can you get in a container? I'd say a minimum of 12 in a 40 footer, a lot more if you got creative with stacking them in there or got a bigger container.

I bet in the end, it wouldn't cost much more per person/quad than, say, a tour of Europe.

It would be an unforgettable experience. Somebody needs to start a "riding tours" travel company.
