I would own one of those little farms with about 5 acres butting up to St. Anthony.
Been trying to buy one of those.

There are also some really sick ones in the UAE. They have a lot of fast bikes over there too.

White Sands that would be the best place to go. darn military has most of it closed off but they do not allow any type of offroad vehicles in there ( to play in the sand at least ). I used to live on the AFB right were you could see the dunes from the living room of our upstairs apartment. there probably wasn't a week that went by that i didn't think about how much fun it would have been to ride there.

I used to ride at Moses Lake WA back in the 80's. Then one day I drove from Spokane all the way to St Anthony ID. I friggin' moved to Montana just to be closer to those things. If it gets better, I don't know how.

Shady & Sandgod,
I met a customer from Idaho, I sold them 5 trailers this year. Anyway, they own about 1500 acres that butts up to the dunes. Their property is over by Devils Dune, you remember the fields that start right by the big dunes? He has given me permission to use his land and camp on it. He has sand on his property. He said its a little tricky to tell if you are on his land or BLM, since the sand is over both sides, he said as lond as I let him know (so no body call the cops), and stay out of hte potatoe fileds, its all mine to use. He actually said its quicker to get there then Egin lakes, since its right off I-15. There is a gas station out there too. The town is called Hamer. There is another set of dunes, he claims, west of the big dunes, he said they are small, but nobody goes there. I trip is necessary to check this out!

Kam,
I pretty much think I know where you're at. I dragged out Ajay's Blaster from Devils Dune when he burned it up last spring. There are trails that go out thru the sage and it's on private some of it, that road goes right on out. Cool deal, let's check it out soon as it's, well, above zero at least

Good work young man.

It is on.
I am thinking a trip is necessary as soon as the Honda get off the slow boat from Japan.

The dunes the Dakar goes through in Morocco look like a hoot as weel. The announcers are calling them the small dunes (they look bigger or at least as big as anything I have ever seen), I can't wait to see the big ones.
Speed Channel every night.
