Steves page be sure to scroll down and check out DS suspension and toe setup link, everything applies to your bike too, here in the states dealers don't always get the setup correct and it can make a terriffic difference

Yes your right about affecting steering...not bumpsteer per say, but it does change the dynamics.. the more nose high you can be the more resistant to turning it will be, for fast trackin a straight line or desert racing.. lower the noise or raise the rear.. the steering will become more twitchy, quicker to dart in a direction.. a good thing to an amount in MX and such... Also 22"ers will probably rip off your heel guards or you gaurds will rip them apart, either way it will make its own clearance i guess.. ive had 20x10x8paddle haulers, 22x10x9paddle haulers and now 20x10x10paddle Edges.. far and away i like the 20"ers better.. yes they do actually measure about 18" to the main rubber 20" to top of paddles....I ride in some of the dry'est sand US has to offer and have no problems.. the 10 paddle edges hook up straight line as well as the 8 paddle hauler did and turn much easier.... most people like 22's best..
good luck

edit: gearing.. i run 15t up front with 20"ers and it works perfect.. i also have alot of eng mods.. stock youll definatly have to gear down on 22"s id go to a 14t

I don't agree with having to gear down with the 22" rears. The DS has enough torque to turn the 22's just fine. I run 20" rears on mine and don't even use first gear! I would ride with what you have, then look at re-gearing depending on what you like. The 22's will rip your heal guards apart, the 20's did it to mine. Get some aluminum heal guards!
