Tire Search
#1
I just bought a raptor and i was wondering where I can find a good deal on sand tires (looking at the new sand stars i think their called). Also, what kind of wheels should I get? A kid I know told me to get some cheap douglas wheels because they really don't get to abused anyway. What are your opinions? I really want to get up to silver lake this summer and see how it is.

Never heard of a comp cut. Must be one of those west coast sand things. Sand stars will work fine if you are just going to be riding for fun and not racing. If you want to beat your friends, get a set of skat track haulers. There are a few different kinds, but they are the best sand tires on the market, imo.

I tried out my sand stars today I like them a lot loads of hook up but turning isnt affected to much, Best of both worlds
I got them from rocky mountain on douglass .160 rims for around $170
