i have never ridden on sand well not a lot of it just a little trail but anyway what do dune hill climbs feel like, do you lose a lot of traction, and what are the closest dunes to pa with hills thank you

 

there a lot of fun if you have enough power to get over them. yeah you lose some traction

 

Dunes ar the shiz!!! Yes, your tires will spin a little when you take-off and then it you'll put right along. Once you ride sand you'll be hooked!! PA... the closest large dunes to you I believe would be Silver Lake Sand Dunes in Michigan.
