$185 Shipped Good Price for Sand Stars??

I can get a set of rear sand stars 20-11-10 Rear Sand Star Tires mounted on 2 NEW ITP 10x8 T9 .190 Aluminum Wheels for $185 shipped. Is that a good price? Do the T9's look any good? Thanks!
