its a race, not a dyno competition. if you cant get to the finish line first, end of story. power is nothing if you cant get it to the ground.

Monte from Brigam City, Utah has a 1420cc Suzy motor in his quad. It is Hunsakers old machine. Monte told me last year he ran 94 up the Face of Utah's Sand Mtn.. Monte is a fabricator at Thiokol where they make stuff for rocket engines and the space shuttle and he fixed all the front end issues.. The Cranker has run 90 up the Face.. Also our sand is wet underneath during Easter when K&T usuallly had the Cranker out so mph should have been higher if the sand was totally dry...
