Which paddels offer maximum flotation?
#1
Ok im not to worried about the amount of grip, good turning would be a bonus im looking for the paddel with the biggest surface area on the sand. To keep my big fat DS afloat
What have you seen and how do you rate them.
PS i cant go bigger than 22" max

They are made by ohstu . I use them for soft snow in the winter and just had them out at st anthonies . They are super mushy ,not hard like most paddles. I was going to buy dedicated sand tires but the prowedges worked so well there is no need. PM me your email and Ill send you some cool action pics of them in action.

Blue, for maximum floatation you need to find a tire with a tall side wall. Get a set of 22's. This will give you the most side wall without having to modify your Ds. The skat trak edges work great for turning, but the extremes give you maximum traction.

Im running some 22x11x10 10 paddle skat-trak extremes, GREAT tire for floatation, with them pumped up they slide easy, and give ULTIMATE traction, u might do well with the 10 paddles as well.. but the 9s might work great too.

I run 24x11x10 Skat Trac Extremes and I "float" pretty good.
