Who has been there and what is your favorite spot?

 

I've been to Florence and Winchester Bay, not the others. But I would have to say winchester is a FUN place to go for BIG hill climbs. But then Florence has its things about it that I love, the beach, the flats, the whoops, the tree bowls.. I think next time I want to go to florence, it's fun to play with friends there.

 

For myself I'd rate them like this

Novice who enjoys a little of everything, this includes me. 1. Winchester, 2. Horsfall, 3. Spinreel, 4. Florence.

For begineer just trying to survive and have a little fun. 1. Horsfall, 2. Spinreel, 3. Winchester, 4. Florence.

For expert who loves sand trails and exploring. 1. Florence, 2. Spinreel, 3, Winchester, 4. Horsfall.

For expert who loves big dunes, bowls, and steep trails. 1. Winchester, 2. Florence, 3. Spinreel, 4. Horsfall.

First and last place in all catagories was easy pick for me. Second and third place was usually close call. The only area I really try and stay away from is Florence with all the ridge backs, witches eyes, and other obstacles out in the big open areas that I have a very hard time reading. I also don't care for the sand trails thru the trees when I don't have a clue whats up ahead or who is coming the other direction.

 

I like horsfall, but we cruize from there to spinreel on the quads.

 

Stay @ Horsefall and ride the whole way up to spinreel and depending how much dinkin around ya did on the way yer low on fuel hit the beach and haul **** back and refuel then ride out agin [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img] of course horsefall is the only ones i have ridden. Dirts whats close to me [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img]

 

i only get up there once a year, im from TExas.. ive stayed at them all.. but my fav is winchestor.. from now on well probably just stay there.... dunes are great its just kind of a small area and you could cover it all in days work... so if you want more area to roam, gotta go to horesfall or florence

depends on what kind of riding you like doing, winchester has huge hills including banshee hill, fun up hill but tight with tree's, i like winchester because of the huge hills and how big it is. florence is a nice place for the family, camping area's the town is biiger then winchester and it has big shopping stores. florence has comp hill, one of my favorite and also has the beach where you ride and a long straight away for drag racing..... so take your pick
