Default Choke Cherry vs. Olds

A guy at the bike shop told me the other day that choke cherry isn't as steep or as long as olds hill. I ve never been to either but I thought that choke cherry was the bigger of the two.

I haven't been to Olds but seen pictures of it. Unless the pictures lied to me, your bike shop guy is full of it. Look at pix of choke cherry on dunereview.com and judge for yourself.

Been on Olds before and from the pics of Choke Cherry, I would say that CC has a longer, steeper climb to it.

I've been to Glamis and Oldsmobile hill isn't really that steep it's just LONG. Choke Cherry looks to be steeper to me.

yeah they are different hills for sure. ive seen pics of both and choke cherry looks like a top end eater. olds is of nice size and grade, but whoops all the way to the top.

EDIT: i noticed my post reads like i never seen either. im at glamis (oldsmobile hill) twice a month in the season.

it's worth it. You have like 5 miles of hills all nearly that size on the way to it as well.
