I've got a set on my rap, love em. No other paddle I've seen works as well.

makes the tire heavier on the outside circumference creating slower top end speeds.. not really necessary IMO overkill for 95% of the members on this forum..

So has anyone had a set for a year or so? I'd like to know some real tests that show the paddles actually do last longer than a Hauler like they claim. I know if you don't have the Haulers off the ground when not in use they tend to bend then eventually break. I had my Haulers 2 1/2 years before they started to break and rip.

Skat Trak changed the hauler paddle about a 1 or so ago.. the old haulers (2+ years ago) have a different paddle than the currrent ones.. I've got both so I'm speaking from expereince.

i thought they changed casings on their 22's, not the actual paddle. I like the extreme's, they are a way tougher paddle, i don't think they are noticeably heavier though

Agreed
I have weighed both and there is no measureable difference in weight. Extremes use a stronger Kevlar paddle. Its stronger but not any heavier than the standard hauler rubber paddle. For the small difference in price they hold up much longer.

What exactly have you weighed, what type of scale did you use and what weights did you get?

Listen to mnrap,he is right.I was running 21-12-8 hauler extremes the old style. They were 12 pounds each. Then i had 20-10-10 hauler extremes and they weighed 14.5 pounds each.Ouch! The new haulers are on a 4 ply tire.the old ones are 2 ply.The extremes do hookup and are stronger, but im waiting for my regular haulers i bought.Im going for less paddle more tire spin. The 450 works on rpm's remember. You dont want to hookup that good.lol
