Mayor of Waynoka (Little Sarhara)Oklahoma Arrested
Mayor"METH HEAD"John Wallace Fiscus of Waynoka Oklahoma was arrested by Oklahoma Highway Patrol this week for speeding and the story says he had Marijuana,METH and a glass pipe in his possesion. Forking genius!
