I've slept on a mattress pad under the stars and woke up with snow piled against the side of my head (mummy bag) because the tent was too full. If I told any of my kids that we had to sleep outside, they'd laugh in my face. I don't know whether it's good or bad but I'm sure that most kids today have no concept of "roughing it".

 

Roughing it means being w/o thier playstation for 3 days.

I stay in a trailer too, but i have tented it before and will do it again. if you think thats roughing your a bunch of flaming ******. I think it is really sad that people cant go without a freaking playstation for a few days. I will sleep anywhere as long as i get to go riding[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img]

First of all, i did miss the sarcastic humor, because i know plenty of people who are actually like that. I am almost positive that everybody on this website also knows people like that.
