Yesterday I went riding on the dunes/beach and I know there had to be a lot of salt getting on the quad. I hosed it off thoroughly and lubed the chain but I am wondering if there is any other maintainence I should do to after this kind of riding?

 

Make sure you check your airfilter also. Sand I ride in out here is very fine, and doesn't take long to clog up the airfilter at all.

 

I usually immediately take it to the power wash and wash the entire quad (including the underside).
Then immediately lube the chain before it gets a chance to rust.
