Hi. We are also planning on going to the dunes at the end of September. Since we are flying in we will have to rent atv's while we are there. Do any of you know of any good places to rent from? We are staying in Winchester Bay. I found Winchester Dune Buggy Adventures online. They also rent sand boards and I would like to try that while we are there too. Is anyone familiar with them?

 

I would rent them from the Discovery Point campground. It's right on your way to the dunes and they have direct access right to the sand. It's less of a drive if something happens with your rental so your down time would be reduced quite a bit if one of them was to break down...(gasp).....they are rentals ya know.
