paddle brat or haulers?
If there aren't any rocks in the mud, I'd try ultra-light (triple buffed?) 25" Rippers or Taller Haulers. If you want to keep them spinning, 10 paddles or less. Can you change your gearing if you get a set of tires that bog just a little? If not, you might have to buy a lot of tires until you find the right combo of diameter and paddles.

I still don't know all the terms, there are too many depending on who makes/cuts the tires.
Buffed is when they sand some of the rubber from the tire carcass between the paddles. Bead to bead buffed leaves the sidewall thick and the tread just a little thinner than unbuffed. Triple buffed is the same as ultralight (I think), the carcass is paper thin to make the tires as light as possible. No rocks. The Skat Trak paddles get progressively thicker/higher from Hauler to Extreme to Ripper to Taller Hauler.
Padla Brats don't get buffed, they get scraped with a hot iron between the paddles and it's called Comp Cut. They are the lightest and hook hard but they don't grow.
