I am planning a trip for mid july to go to coral pink sand dunes and was hoping someone on here could give me an idea of the daytime temps down there.

I can look up Kanab Utah, which is close to the dunes, but from what I have seen the dunes are about 1000' higher than kanab.

We went last year during the middle of July and it was really nice, probly 75 degrees, we stayed in tents and it wasnt bad. We are going July 11-14 this year, I called for reservations on monday and they only had 1 spot left at the camping spaces, good thing I called[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img]. I think there is a different place you can camp though if you have a RV. Well if you go out that weekend maybe well see you out there.

 

I made reservations this morning, we are going to arrive on Saturday the 20th and leave on Friday the 26th. So, if anyone is going to be around those times maybe we can meet up.

I am really looking forward to this trip.

3tv, thanks for the info, that is what I was looking for. Should be a fun trip. And we can take some little side trips and go site seeing when not riding.
