Will a stock Raptor, with 70% tread left on stock tires beat a piped 400ex w/paddles (in the sand)

Maybe off the line or up a hill if the sand is soft. But other than that I doubt it. Too much displacement for us guys on our little 400's.

 

i think the ex will get you off the line. also depends on the sand. nevada sand you just might sink yo'self! lol

Yes, I think I would be fine on harder or wet stuff.

Also, whos 400 is faster, top end, you or BH. (no BS) (who won the race when you guys went down?)

 

I just got my motor done, It has a fresh port and polish and valve job by Trinity, 416, 39mm carb, with full yosi system. I havent had the chance to race any raptors yet, but im fully confident i can atleast keep it close. I think in top end anything after a 300ft drag, the raptor has an advantage of pulling away. I think Raptors are 6 speeds, is this correct??
