Yep, I've made it up "banshee hill" on my 400. I'm stock except for pipe, jetting, and airbox mods, plus I weigh 220 (gravity is a b1tch) which sucks up power. Oh....he should get that 14 tooth sprocket, it makes the 400ex a much better dune quad. He won't be stuck revving the **** out of 2nd gear all of the time to get up the hills.

18 Speeds..... with a high and low range. All aluminum frame with some carbon fiber up front. Tour de France here I come!!!! Something tells me I'd be screwed with slick 3/4 inch wide tires in the sand. LMAO.... smart-a$$!!!!

Well I called the number that I listed for getting your permits, and they said that there will be no sand camping allowed during the holiday weelends mentioned earlier unless you have a permit. This pertains to the area from Spinreel to Horsefall's. Well hope that this will help some of you out, just don't want anyone to get down there and not get in.

Yeah Chad,
I bring a video camera to see you go up the hill with your "Dale". Bring it in July to the campout.
