so who is in for dunefest this year?? and what does it need to make it better??
I will most likley be asked to be a dunefest comittee member this year and i am kinda
looking for some feedback from some fellow duners to show to the comittee....

 

I've never made it down during the actual week of dunefest. What are the usual activities?? I think you should have a poker-run (in the 25-30 mile range). It would be cool to organize some sort of sand motocross race, but I know that would take a bunch of time with workers building a track. You could do an atv rodeo like they have at alot of the atv jamborees. Make an obstacle course, do some "barrel racing", etc..... I think dunefest should focus on more than just drag racing.

 

I would like to go again, but this time I need to find some one to show me around. Two years ago I went and I was lost most of the time. And I didn't get to see alot of the cool scenery that I had seen in magazines and pictures.
