good mud in wisconsin
#3
I must be a wuss. I try and avoid this kind of thing out east. My youngest son on the other hand (no make that both sons) like to take his sport quad and act like a submarine. I usually end up winching him out. What a mess. Kind of funny though sometimes when he does a face plant in the mud after flying over the handlebars. I am not into washing off 20 lbs of caked on mud after a good days ride. Besides up nort', they like to stop along the trail for a cool one everyy once in a while, and they frown on mud covered riders with no consideration for the bar owners... Not to mention what they do to dad's truck interior... And dad doesn't like anything to soil his "Rumbles". (Name of the truck)
Where were you at? I was talking to a guy there who is doing a lot of work in the Minong area building bridges to cross the boggy areas. It looks like they have more work to do there.
