Newly semi-retired guy looking for fishing partners on lake erie, someone to help some with fuel and bait expenses. Like to walleye and perch fish and love to eat them as well!! I have a 22' Islander but to big to launch and load by myself. Looking for someone during the week that has time.
If I am not fishing then I enjoy riding my UTV on some trails so anyone interested in that as well, give a shout.

I join a few buddies to fish the Ontario side of the lake for perch, eye's and rainbows.
Do you also get those big but pesky sheepshead (freshwater drum)?
A real pain to reel in with 10 colour leadcore only to realize it's a junk fish.

 

I hear ya there, funny thing is the damn fishfinder can't tell a walleye from a sheepshead any better than we can!! Now there is something we need to invent!!
