Default Speed limiter
I bought a Lianmei Industries 49cc quad for my son. He's only 2 1/2 and I want to restrict his speed for a while. Can and how can it be done with a twist throttle?

Well I don't know about little quads but on my Yamaha Grizzly 600 there's a little screw you turn to the right to make it go slower and to the left for more power.

I'm sure you could fab up a throttle stop somehow.

i would try loosining the throttle cable as loose as posibole and see how much it will go
