hi im new to the site. I really need help with my atv, its Commando 250cc. It wont start up. All the lights and everything work fine , there is gas in the engine and oil. When i hit the electric start it just makes this light purring sound. i just put in a new spark plug because i thought that was the problem but it didnt do anything. the battery works perfectly. can you please help me

 

well the battery was the problem but i charged it. now the atv revs and everything but it still wont start. any suggestions?

 

we are having the same problem with our commando 250 they tell us its the stator but we can not find one to fit it.If you can find parts please e-mail me
