only goes slow
i have an 03 rincon 650, rebuilt the carb and it starts right up but when i try to ride it will only go top speed of about 15mph.It doesnt seem to be skipping or missing there is no hesitation when taking off it just wont accelerate over 15mph.deer season is soon here and would like to use it any suggestions
