Painting Plastic?
#2
KRYLON PLASTIC SPRAY.
It's got a plastic bonding agent that works pretty good. BUT.... ATV plastic - fenders - is tricky stuff. LOTS of additives that prevent painting w/o bubbling & pealing off.
I had to sand (vigorously) and wipe w/rubbing alcohol before I used it as a primer before I painted (not Krylon - custom made paint) my front bumper on my TRV last fall. It's held up well in the past 400 miles.
