got a question about the pit bikes....which brand of them are worth buying? and do they still make them? just curious because i am looking to buy one just wanna get the facts... if anyone can give me tips and opinions they are greatly appreciated!

 

The Honda cfr/xr 50 is one of the most popular bikes out there, there is also the klx/drz 110s (kawasaki or suzuki). The 110s have a bigger feel and take less money to make fast. If your looking for something bigger you could go with a cfr150 or the ttr125, but they are more like trail bikes more than pit bikes. My friend had a souped up klx110, he had a 4 speed tranny kit in it with a hydro clutch and a 143 big bore kit and a Ti-4 pipe and some other mods on it, holly crap, it would pull a wheelie in 3rd at half throttle!!

 

haha sounds like fun to me brother! im actually looking at extreme cr and pro stocks...do they still sell honda ones and like actual name brands??

 

Well all the off brands use Honda clone engines. I would just get a name brand 110 and put some mods on it. I don't know anyone who has had an off brand pit bike, so idk about their reliability.

 

ya thats what im thinking like ssr or extreme maybe even pit pros
