Default snow plows

i have a 300 kawasaki 4x4 that i would like to put a plow on. can any body reccomend a brand, size and style for that quad? i have been told that mounting a plow on a quad will bend or twist the frame on the machine. any truth to that? any info would greatly be appreciated. thanks

I've never heard that it will bend the frame, especially if your plow has the breakaway springs as i call them, so it gives if or when you hit uneven pavement. with the springs it will be harder to bend your frame. Other than that, i use a 60" plow but my bike was a 500(now a 700), its from arcticcat, which mounts up in about 2 min. it swivels and works like a charm. Some how i always end up plowing EVERYONES driveway. Id recommend a 45"-50" plow for your 300,and im not sure on brands. When i buy accessories for my atvs, i buy the name brand of my atv. They are made for it and tend to work easier for me.
