gloves.....three or four different kinds - some for cold weather others for working
winch stuff......such as tree savers, extensions, clevis, clips etc
rain ponchos........one good one for me and a few cheapy throw aways to hand out
very basic first aid kit...........just a cheapy from WalMart but it beats nothing
a set of jumper cables and a screwdriver to get into my battery compartment

an adapter to plug into my hardwired battery tender connection (mounted on front rack) that gives me a 12v cigarette recipticle to plug into......which goes with

a small cheapy air compressor (which has tire plugs and tools with it)
a 12v work light

Don't know how some of you all get all that stuff in the tool box. The tool box on the 420 Rancher isn't big enough for half that stuff. All I have in mine is the OEM tool bag, insurance card, registration, and spare key. All of this stuff is in plastic zip-lock bags cause the tool box leaks and fills with dust.

Now if you want to know what I carry in my rack bag......that is a different story and not enough room here to list........short story........most anything to survive a day or two if the worst happens.

I carry some of the a for mentioned items and I normally haul along a strong metel pry bar. One never knows what might happen out there.

ok, truth be known..i dont get very far from the truck and usually ride with other folks so if someone needs something, someone else will buzz back to the truck.
