I checked the fuse for the fan by the radiator, and its fine. When I turn it on, the fan stays stationary. Is the fan only turned on when she overheats? or gets really hot? When idle, and when throttling (being idle) the fan doesn't move an inch.

Is this a problem or is this normal?
