does any body know if a 20/11/10 wheel fits a 9" rim?

No, you must have the right size tire (a 10 inch) in order for it to work. you can sometimes cheat on width of tires and wheels, but the height of the wheel must match up to the size of hole in your tire

You can play with the first two numbers but not the last.
