I have a 2001 arctic cat 300 and i need something bigger the body on it is huge.I was wondering if i could put a 400 or 500 cc motor into it. It looks like it should have a 500 so someone please help me out.

 

Youd have to do alot of modifications i would think. The 300 has the motor pushed towards the rear,where as the 400s and up have the motor in the center of the bike. so most likely you will need a new rear end,rear drive shaft,front end,and a front drive shaft,motor mounts,possibly new air intake,ect...Id just buy a new one,or new/used one.
