Default dont no who to talk to

so i want to get a access route on a state owned road in Fort fairfield maine so i can get into town but i have no idea who i would call or email or anything would anyone no how to approach it?

I'd start with the state department of transportation. They should know who and what steps would need to be taken.

i made some phone calls and they told me the town would have to go to the state legislature and ask permission from them and as long as the local cops are ok with it and its approved we should have a access route witch would solve all my problems getting into town.
