Default Buying Season!

Well, here in MN its a great time to sell the old utility quad and get into a sport quad on the cheap...

So I'm contemplating selling my 1999 Polaris Sportsman 500 4x4 or offering it up for trades.

In the first few hours, I've received a couple offers:

1) 2006 Polaris Predator 500: This is one of the years that actually had reverse which is a big plus in my book. Owner has installed big bore kit (they always make me nervous), big gun header, Pure Polaris/White Bros Exhaust, 105mm Wiseco Piston, Kibble White Valves (?), ported and polished, Fox Podium shocks, K&N air filter, and aluminum air box. Too many mods you suppose?

2) 2005 Honda 450R: Owner says it has a bigger cam and a race pipe (looks like Rossier brand by the pics).

I mainly do trail riding, but am also investing in a sport quad due to a possible Silver Lake trip next year. Plus you got to keep it fresh!

Which would get your trade? All the mods on the Predator make me a little nervous, but who knows... My riding buddy has a LT-R 450 so keep in mind I'll need to keep up with him...
