Default Best GPS for a ATV

Been using google looking for a good GPS for my Atv. Keep coming across Garmin on most of my searches, but I've seen others listed.

So what is everyone using and what will take the abuse of trail riding the best?

Garmin Nuvi 500. It's a road and off road GPS. Can be used in the truck and on the quad. It's waterproof, dustproof, etc. My only gripe is that one of the online updates kind of messed up the way it used to work with both topographic maps and on street maps. So, now I have to choose one or the other. I have to select topo and deselect street maps if I want a topographic map where I'm riding and deselect topo and select street maps for street directions. Other than that it has been a great unit.

I'm using an old Garmin that was discontinued a long time ago. It's stood up very well over the years. It's nothing fancy but it still works like new.
