i found one for $600 and he says theres nothing wrong with it. are these good quads??? and im looking for something sporty for wheelies. good quad for that?

 

Yes, decent quads. Actually the precursor to the 300EX. I would consider $600.00 for one that truly needs nothing to be a good deal.

 

If you wish to buy a sporty then keep looking for it, I hope you would get your desire sporty.

 

are they fast? because i want something i can wheelie and go fast on but not empty out the pocket ile doing so.do you think itd keep up with a warrior and 300ex? and what do you mean Sumonchy? do you mean that they arent very sporty?

 

Fast is a relative term. On a nice, tight woods trail, the 250X is capable of faster speeds than many can handle. On the other hand, they tend to be a bit mild compared to the current gen of 400cc and up sports. With only a $600.00 investment up front, it should be easy to sell next spring for a bigger machine if you desire(and keep it in good shape!) Wheelies should be no problem.

 

well see im leaving in october to go to The Marines Boot Camp and i am dying to ride something before i leave lol so im trying to find something cheap but pretty fast at the same time

 

what do you guys think about the yz250? idk im a quad guy but anything with speed and power i enjoy
